The file 'Nintendo Arcade Button E-clip Repair Shaft. 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 6.7KB.
This is a repair shaft for a Nintendo arcade button, it is made to replace where the E-clip hooks on to keep the button and spring into the socket. This could be used for other similar styled Arcade Buttons.
It is designed to go up the hole on original Nintendo arcade button shafts and to be glued in. The base is 9mm tall by 7.5mm round, the rod is 25mm tall, 2mm round. Main benefit is this will save a previously unusable Original Nintendo arcade button, giving it new life, instead of spending upwards of $10+ on a new one.
I will edit this with exact details later, but to install it you want to measure 23mm from the base of the button up towards where the e-clip goes.
Once you measure 23mm you want to cut off the button beyond that point, which should be around 9mm depending on how damaged the area is.
You will want to sand the cut flat, and see how much of the rod is needed to make the button and repair rod sit flush with one another.
Once cut flush apply super glue and let dry, do not install back on machine until fully cured.
