This is an adapter from an Exakta WW-Macro 1:2.8/ 28mm MC lens to a Nikon F-mount camera. It is possible to focus to infinity with it without the need of additional optical elements. For this the proximal metal mount of the lens has to be removed by loosening the tiny metal screws. Be careful with that since the screws can be very tight. Remove the aperture transmission and the black metal cylinder. You can then fasted the adapter with the before removed metal screws. Cut off the longer one of the ledges that protrude from the aperture ring (see photos).
Do this at your own risk. I am not responsible for any kind of damage to the lens or the camera.
The adapter can be prolonged (FreeCAD file available) to increase the magnification (looses the ability to focus to infinity). For this, check if the depression for the screws is still viable.
