Print without support. Spread a sheet of cling film on top, push it into the cavities (large opening on top) with your fingers. Put some fish, some avocado (possibly some cream-cheese.. don't judge) and lastly sushi-rice into the pockets. Gently press. Turn upside down, remove form, gently remove cling film. Voilà .
