These are mouse ears I designed based off of the movie Nightmare Before Christmas. These should be glued to a head band. You can use watered down Elmer's or Craft glue, apply to specific areas, and cover with different colored glitter to highlight each area or character.
The Boogy file can be glued over top of either the hill ear or center dot on the other ear, creating a raised layer.
