Adapter to use intercom slot in NEXX helmets with FreedConn TCOM-SC. I am sharing also the blank base withount any mounting holes, so feel free to remix it and adopt for your intercom.
Print the base and the latch. then cut about 10-15 mm of the spring from any automatic pen and press it between the base and the latch as presented on photos.
