Safety clip for Newstar Neomounts WL95-900BL16, although it likely fits other models as well. This is the clip that prevents the spring activated wall mount from whacking you in the face when you are attaching it to the wall, before you have the monitor attached. When the mounts are reused, they often don't come with the safety clip, I've found.
