This is a completely print-in-place sliding tile puzzle. There are six models, 4x4 with blank tiles, 4x4 with number extrusions, 4x4 with a 3D feature, 4x4 with an elevation puzzle, a blank 5x5 and blank 6x6. The tiles are unable to be taken out of the containment ring. You can easily add another model on top of the tiles to make a custom 3D puzzle!
After printing go around to each tile and make sure it is fully separated from it's neighbors, the precision required is very tight in order to keep the tiles fully captive
Using Slic3r or equivalent software you can also do a filament swap to get different colored numbers on the tiles. You can also glue a picture to the front of the tiles and use an exacto knife to cut through the gaps to make a completely custom puzzle.
Feel free to modify all of the .stl's with attribution, and If you make one post a picture!
