This is a mounting solution for the NETGEAR GS316EPP (GS316PP) switch.
I searched everywhere for a universal mounting solution so as to not build this, but the 3 mounting holes instead of 4 made this incompatible with most universal mounting solutions.
I didn't want to take a trip to the hardware store, so I printed the screws. If you do this, set the infill to something high and the layer height to something low like 0.05mm. Otherwise you may risk the screws breaking off inside the switch.
Depending on your rack, the holes may be a bit snug. Use a drill-bit or Dremel sander to widen the holes if you need to - or import to your favorite 3d editor to widen the holes.
