I remixed AnderCrust's design because I wanted to add magnets and clip it to my fridge!
I used round neodymium magnets with 8mm diameter and 1mm thickness.

The lack of supports wasn't even that bad (even though it did make things kinda ugly - last two photos). But those magnets were too small for the size of the thing.
I have two choices, I'd say:
1) Buy bigger and stronger magnets;
2) Use MORE magnets;
Since I have a lot of those and nothing to use them on, I'll go along the route of (2) and use 12 magnets, 6 to each side and see if that'll do. I'll update the STL after I do these things.
