Plunger head was broken in the original design so I made my own and additionally added spring back cap. Print this with 4+ walls and with 80+ infill
cap2_lshot_v1.1 is the version of the plungerhead with bottom of it flat (unlike the original that has small ring I forgot to remove).
I decided to keep the original here because it shouldn't really affect the performance
