Bearing Plate Decoupling by tbstron3d3 on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6213509
I have remixed this to work with more commonly found hardware in the USA. The links to the hardware are in the BOM included in the download.
tbstron3d3 has two assembly videos one can follow for assembly. Depending on what 10mm washers you buy there might be a beveled and flat side,
orient the flat side towards the thrust ball bearing. Everything should be an easy or slight press fit except for the nuts which require more effort.
To install the nuts into the middle piece I used one of the nuts to draw it in with a spare top or bottom piece.
UPDATES:
11/2/24
The bottom piece had incorrect hole spacing for mounting the lead screw busching. The spacing has been adjusted to be correct.
Added a new top piece to be compatible with the TBStron3D linear rail upgrade kit
