The file 'Neptune 4 Pro Hotend Cases (Inner/Lower/Front) 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 1.2MB.
I melted/distorted my lower casing (Now updated) & LED lens so I decided to re-create a new one from a spare complete hotend I had. Not perfect but it fits/works.I am working on the external casing & the inner frame mount.
If you print any material using high temps. (>260 ish) then I would suggest a high temp resistant material (CF Nylon/Nylon etc) as I have found I've melted the air duct part of the fan mount frame. I'm using Fiberforce Nylforce carbon fibre with a 0.2/0.25mm nozzle. Fan mount frame now inlcuded, 1 for brass M3 insert & the other an M3 helicoil insert. Otherwise identical in all other ways.
