Summary

Led Housing for a 24 Ring of NeoPixel Leds.

Designed as a sleek way to integrate NeoPixel rings into projects.

Instructions:

  • Print from PLA or PETG
  • Print Body.stl in any color (~250 micron Layer Height)
  • Print Diffuser.stl in clear (~100 micron Layer Height)
  • Thread the leads through the hole
  • Insert NeoPixel ring - Take care to place the leads around the standoffs. The body is designed to friction fit against the outside of the LED ring.
  • (Optional) Add a drop of CA glue to secure the ring
  • Cap with Diffuser, round side on the inside (So the smooth bed-facing side is out)
  • Secure Diffuser with CA glue
  • (Optional) Seal diffuser and wire hole completely for moisture-resistant housing.

  • Body_RearMount.stl - Designed as a panel-mount alternative, wires feed out the back
