I have had several requests to make a Compact NEO Solo housing version to fit a Creality Spider 3.0 Pro hotend. Since the Spider hotend is about 6mm shorter than the stock NEO hotend, the housing fan ducts had to be shortened by 6mm as well. Also, The CRT bracket needed to be raised to work with the Spider hotend. I made a new 3D printed CRT Bracket to work with the new NEO Solo Spider housings.

As before, with the Compact NEO Solo housings, there are four versions. Of these four versions,there are two grill styles. One has an open grill and the other has a grill pattern like the original NEO Solo housing. Each of these two grill styles has two mounting screw options. One has a provision for a threaded brass insert for mounting, and the other has a mounting hole for self tapping a M3 x 8mm machine screw.

These housings are meant to be printed with the grill surface face down on the print bed. The housings are designed to be printed Without Supports. This will assure that no internal supports are blocking the airflow in the fan ducts. ABS material is preferred, but PETG should work too. Due to the close proximity of the heat block of the hotend to the housing fan ducts, it may require the addition of some heat insulating tape on the fan ducts.

The CRT Bracket is designed to mount to the backing plate with M3x6mm machine screws. The CRT mounting to the bracket also uses M3x6mm machine screws that will self tap into the printed bracket.

Note - I do not currently have a Creality NEO printer to test the fitment of these parts and have not been able to get anyone to test these for me yet. If there are any fitment issues, please bring them to my attention and I will make the necessary corrections.

Made some slight changes on the CRTouch Bracket to make it fit better and stronger.

As per request, raised fan ducts by .015" and lengthened housings by .120" to allow more clearance for 4020 blower fan and hotend. Also modified CRTouch Bracket again for more strength.
