This is another idea for adding air assist to Neje 20W laser module. For air supply i have used an old refrigerator compressor which performs pretty well. No noise at all, high pressure and more than enough air flow. In the lower mount i have two holes available for inserting something like copper wire which helps to keep soft silicone tube in place.I used a soldering iron to heat copper and push into the plastic which fitted very well. For securing the tube you can use a 3mm philips screw as shown in the picture. I have used 4mm silicone tube. Finally i use a tiny nozzle to maximize air pressure at the point of interest.Printed in PETG 0.2mm layer height but it doesn't matter so much.
