I noticed the trunk lock rod on my NC2 was starting to crack so I spent some time looking for a replacement. It is quite a specific piece and I couldn't find anything that would work so I whipped this up. It works appropriately in my car but YMMV. I made it quite a bit beefier than the factory one so it may be difficult to install. You also will have to straighten the rod and then bend it back once the clip is in place.
This likely will also work for NA and NB Miatas but I have not tried it myself.
