The file 'NavBoard For FMA/Juggernaut Case 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.1MB.
Juggernaut NavBoard Light HAHO/HALO Clone
Fits to the PhoneCase Molle Mount from FMA (in my Case iPhone 7)
Not sure, but i guess, it has the same dimension like the genuine Juggernaut PALS Armor Mount
The Accessories are the same like the genuine:
Garmin Foretrex 401
Oceanic Compass Module SWIV (New Style)
NiteIze Radiant Microlight (Red)
The printing of the base should be done in side vertical position (short side to printbed) to make sure, that the mounts can not break.
i had several printing fails of the NavBoard, and i think the best way to print is flat. The Noses to hold the compass and lamp can break easily in that postion, so i made some supportbars.
The rentention/hinge Screw should made from anti-magnetic material. i used a brass screw, M4x50mm.
i still have an issue, that the Batteries of the Foretrex interfere the compass. i will contact Garmin and juggernaut, what kind/brand of batteries are recommended.
Photos are not the Final (published) Version, so the printing isn´t well. the published .stl are enhanced for stability.
if someone has some issues for enhancement, feel free to contact me.
Changes:
due to an error in slicing, File "Navboard" is modified and renamed to "NavBoard v2"
add some Photos of Final version.
upload clean, new .stl files
Add 2 Versions with external Powersource for Garmin: USB on Board and another one with modified Battery Cover.
The reason is an unacceptable magnetic interference from GPS Battery to compass. I dont find anti magnetic Batteries from 2 of the biggest Battery manufacturer Varta and Duracell and i dont know if and how Juggernaut solve this problem. with external powersource there is no interference.
