Summary

This is Native American (Sparrow Hawk) Flute with a set of fundamental notes.

12/28/2016
First flute that opens this set has fundamental note C5. I tested the printed flute sample and it perfectly matches to C5 note. The highest note (C6 without overblow) is tuned to higher air flow to play properly. Also next octave is reached by overblow. This 19mm bore diameter may narrow produced notes range, so if some players find this flute does not play up to B6 - this is big diameter consequence. But bigger diameter makes this flute sound more "traditional".

12/29/2016
Second flute has fundamental note A4. The bore diameter 19mm better matches to fundamental note A4. So it shall sound a little bit brighter than C5 for its note.

01/01/2017
Third flute has fundamental note G4. The bore diameter 19mm is at lowest bound for G4. The flute has 3 parts with holes and whistle.

01/06/2017
Fourth flute has fundamental note F4. The bore diameter 22mm matches to fundamental note F4. The flute has 3 parts with holes and whistle. Flute wall thickness is decreased to 4mm, so it requires less plastic and better fit in hands increasing external diameter by 1mm over the previous 19mm bore flutes.

Redesigned holes to make them flat like clarinet holes. This should make the holes location more tactile, and make closed holes more reliable. C5 model has updated 6th hole (1st finger) to sound a litle bit higher - this is based on my previous print.

How native american flutes sound with different fundamental notes it can be heard here:

The notes reproduced by the reference are from pentatonic scale. The full finger chart for different fundamental notes can be found here:

Choose proper set of files to print all parts for native american flute.
Choose parts marked as whistle and marked by fundamental note with the same bore diameter specified in mm. E.g. sparrow_hawk_flute_19mm_whistle.stl and sparrow_hawk_flute_19mm_C5.stl to print C5 based flute. Optionally you can choose fetish figure that matches the flute whistle. This model of Native American Flute has alternative construction for air track that is monolitic and thus air leakage free. Fetish figure can be secured on the whistle with Picatinny rail like mount.

Bear head figure is a remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1791064 (note, it is available from this page only as a part of the 22mm flute print)
Respect to the authors of the models.

You can develop your own fetish figure that better matches to your temper and further use of the flute.

I marked this work as not finished since I'm going to add other native american flutes models with different fundamental notes and bore diameters that better match to that fundamental notes.
