The original model would not print on an Ender 3 plate, so I split the model and created two small reinforcement backplate pieces. Glue the backplates to the model behind where the left and right halves join during assembly to make the frame strong. I have had this on my car for several months now with no stress cracking or failure.
Turns out really nice using a filament color change at the layer where the lettering starts.
