I have designed this detailed tunnel for my N-scale Layout. so here I am sharing it for anyone interested to make it.
N scale - Use it as it is.
HO/OO Scale - you may scale it up in slicer by 190% and then print
Model is very heavy and detailed so slicer will take 10-15 min to slice so be patient.
Print in sleeping position so it will stick better to bed. PLA is best for printing.
