The file 'Nürburgring Nordschleife Circuit Big Wall Art With LED And Wall Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 426.0KB.
A Remix from davos3 nice Project :)
The track itself is 450% (size is approx. 61x107cm) of the original, which is pretty much the maximum for a Bambu Lab P1S. But the height remained at 21mm, for me that's enough.
Originally it was attached to the wall with “pins” and double-sided tape.
Because of the extra weight, I don't think this will hold, so I designed and remixed a wall mount for screws with the original "pins", including a drilling template.
The "pin mount" is inserted into the back of the track as in the original (if necessary, use a little sandpaper) and glue it in place, i used six of them.
Simply clip the drilling template onto the Brackets and slide it onto the "pin-mounts", use a bit of double-sided tape and align everything to the wall.
When removed, the drilling template should remain stuck to the wall. :)
Drill holes, attach the wall mount with screws and align it with the opening upwards, hang in the Nordschleife - enjoy! :)
I used a Govee RGBIC LED strip.
You can adjust the printer settings as you wish.
I printed with a little more infill to make it more stable, but less should work too.
I printed the wall mount in PETG for more stability.
