This is Tessa's Badge from Glitch Production's Murder Drones web-series.

I am super aware that this is such a specific item that likely no-one needs, but I made it for a cosplay and why not upload it? It doesn't have any way to connect it to clothing at the back so i recommend gluing a safety pin (or two!) to the back.
