I was looking for a smaller box to store my copy of Munchkin Apocalypse and stumbled upon madsstenfatt's box he designed (link below). I knew I wanted to scale mine down a bit (and my card sleeves are an odd size) so I changed the geometry to remove the name and character from the outside of the box. I also uploaded the Blender file for the blank version of the box lid and a slimmed down version of the rules to include in the box.
Mine was printed at the following scale:
Bottom X 107.5%, Y 125%, Z 40%
Top X 107.5% Y 125%, Z 40%
At this scale, the bottom of the box came out a bit think (you can see the cards through the bottom) and the lid is a bit of a loose fit.
If I did it again I would probably print the top at X 106%, Y 124%, Z 45% and the bottom at X 107.5%, Y 125%, Z 45%
