After spending a few weird nights perusing /r/icechewersanonymous and doing lots of research on Amazon, I finally bought a nugget/Sonic ice maker. They all have their horror stories, but I went with the Mueller because it's a good mix of performance and cost and people seemed the happiest with it. I've only had it a few days, but so far I'm loving it.
For installation, you'll either need 2 20x3 magnets (preferred) or some double sided tape. Supports are not needed.
