This clamp can be used to mount a mud shield on a mountain bike where there is no mounting hole in the bottom bracket area. I have installed it on a Cube analog competition line frame in 26 inch. But it should also fit on other frames. I used the SKS Germany Bluemels Basic 11806 as a mudguard. You also need three M5 threaded inserts (ruthex M5 threaded insert) and two M5 countersunk screws length 6 to 10.
