The file 'MTB Handlebar Phone Mount 3D Printer Model' is (SLDPRT,STL,stl) file type, size is 3.3MB.
This is a phone holder designed for mountain bikes, but can work with any bicycle with a handlebar diameter of either 25.4mm (1 inch) or 31.8mm (1 1/4 inch).
The base part gets clamped to the handlebars and stays fixed in place, while the slider part moves on two metal rails and holds the phone tight thanks to two springs mounted on either side. I recommend sticking some kind of rubber or neoprene to the sides, which ensures the phone is not able to slide off. I've gone over some really rough terrain and I have never dropped my phone, it's really secure.
Some supports are needed for the clamps and the risers.
ADDITIONAL HARDWARE NEEDED:
2x 8mm rods, around 70mm long
4x M3x10 Countersunk screws (to fix the base to the slider)
1x M3x24 Countersunk screw (for the clamping mechanism)
1x M4x12 Button head screw and 1x M4 nut to tighten the clamp
4x M3x8 Button head screw for the springs
Rubber or Neoprene tape
