My brother asked me to print 4 of these https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1802562 for his MTB helmets, it is a good design but the round screw holes weren't very printer friendly so I turned them into hexagonals so it can be printed on its side with no support structure. I also added a counter-sunk hexagonal space for the screw head so it won't catch on your bike helmet.
I also added a chamfer to all the edges to take away the hard 90 degree corners to be nice to the helmet.
The screw mount holes are 53mm apart, for up to 4mm diameter screws with counter-sunk space for up to 8mm diameter 2mm thick heads.
Printed on my Prusa i3 Mk3 in PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, no support needed.
