It's offset so that the GoPro lens is centered on the bike.
10% and 2 walls worked fine but add more walls and infill if you want too. Refer to the pictures for print orientation.
The brown print pictured was slightly modified afterwards to deepen the nut hole and I cleaned up some of the edges also. The blue print pictured is the current version.

EDIT: I just added "MT09 GoPro FrontMount V2". It's an updated version with better strength and cosmetics. I uploaded it in the strongest orientation for printing. EDIT#2... The updated version wouldn't hold the GoPro solid during wheelies like the first version. I thickened up the tabs a hair to try and overcome this issue and haven't re tested yet
