The file 'MrTRexFlex 3D Printer Model' is (stl,3mf) file type, size is 2.3 MB.
I printed the FlexRex but felt it could use some more sturdy links that are more child proof.
The link type plays better to the strengths of 3d printing rather and will hopefully take more force to come apart.
I remade the FlexRex from scratch and some drawings, so it is similar to the original but has some differences, most notably the last link on the tail i ditched in case it could pose a choking hazard for toddlers.
It now has a mouth making the teeth more prominent.
The model is also a bit larger, aproxx 20cm long, but it should scale well up or down.
No supports needed.
I put my emblem on the bottom of the tail, if this breaks any licence or convention i can release a version without it.
(edit apr2022)- After some requests i have made a version with a discrete logo.
If you want to make your own articulated toys or models using this link i now shared the stl i used to split the model. Use the stl called "ledd glippe" and array them on your model and use boolean operations to split the model with links. Would appreciate if you mark it with a remix so i can see them appear :D
