Every year, we get two pumpkins from a local pumpkin patch. We always go the second week of October - two weeks before Halloween - and carve them straight away. Invariably, by the time Halloween rolls around, the pumpkins are shells of their former selves. This year, I thought we'd wait to carve them until right before Halloween. We still wanted to do something with them until then, though. I thought it'd be cute if there were Mr. Potato Head style pieces you could use. I sat down with FreeCAD for about an hour and whipped up two separate faces - one for me and one for my girlfriend. Of course, there is nothing stopping you from mixing and matching from the two faces.
Print the pieces with the pins pointing up. Once printed, you may want to heat the mouths up slightly with a hair dryer and kind of bend them a little so that they conform to the natural curve of the pumpkin.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!
NOTE
Due to either a Thingiverse bug or (more likely) shadowbanning, my models no longer show up under the [Newest] listings. If you want to see more of my models, please be sure to 'follow' me. If you print this, it would really help if you'd post a 'make' so that others could find this model.
