This is a dust shoe fiting my makita rt0700. This is a very simple design based on a 40mm PVC pipe. It work very well, i have absolutely not dust when my CNC is cutting/milling.
I tightened the pipe just enought to have the ability of moving the shoe up and down to change endmill easly.
All source included (fusion 360) to adapt diameter for your need. (Router diameter, pipe diameter, vacuum adapter)
