The ice cream section can be printed using single or dual extrusion before the stick gets added. Some tips for printing each way...
DUAL: Slice and print files labeled 'head' and 'filling' together. At 100% resolution or smaller, no supports needed. Print the file labeled 'stick' separately then insert/glue into bottom opening.
SINGLE: Scale the 'filling' to 97% resolution and print. Print the 'head' and 'stick' at 100% resolution. (Test print used supports on single-extrusion 'head' (see photo) and then removed them before assembling.) Insert/glue 'filling' & 'stick' into 'head'. Note that the filling is not symmetric so check that the 'filling' points line up correctly with the points on the ear of the 'head' before snapping into place.
