The designs were created as SVG files, imported in to FreeCAD and simply extruded to 0.25" thick. Easy peasy. The actual size in the STL files are all about 2.5" wide depending on any variations in shape. The files have only been tested using PLA at 100% infill with 2 shells. All of the internal designs continue through the depth of the piece (as shown in the anchor photo) except for Belle's dress (and the single-color designs, of course.)
