My new Trek 7.3 FX bike has this cool mounting bracket built onto the Bontrager handlebar, but so far I haven't found many things available to actually mount on it. Simonparish's CATEYE stub helped get me started, but it was too small for the Bontrager mounting system. My version isn't as cool and classy looking as his, but it works. :)
I made the flat one specifically to glue onto the back of an iPhone case, but added a slot for Velcro or Zip ties to make it more versatile. There's also one with a curved surface (25mm dia) for mounting cylindrical objects like flashlights.
If you don't have a Bontrager Blendr mounting system to use these in, you can head over to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1502652 and download the one I made for my husband's bike, so he could have stubs too. :)
