Give a broken Boavision HD22M102M security camera a new life!
Boavision MODEL:HD22M102M suffers from one potentially fatal flaw. The wiring inside can shear due to the bad way strain relief is implemented: a piece of helical teflon tubing with very sharp edges. The only fix I could come up with was to completely crush the mount and base of the camera, cut and rejoin all the wires, and design and 3d print a new mount. The camera loses its waterproof outdoors capabilities but using this mount it can at least be rescued for indoors use.
Print in the shown orientation in PETG. The fit is snap-in and PETG has the required flexibility and durability. I used 0.2 mm layer height with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
