Hi all,
Put a new bar on my 390 Adventure and didn't like the idea of paying 60$ for Doubletake Trail mirrors, so I made my own. Print 2 of these out of your preferred material, either ABS/PEG/ASA, as I would not recommend PLA in the sun. I've had prints in my car out of PETG for 4 years plus now, so I chose that. I modeled these to fit a 22mm bar, and a 2 inch round mirror. (I believe most if not all should be this size out past the bar clamps)
I printed them out of PETG @ 50% for rigidity (probably overkill), with the mirror down on the bed with supports. Similar to the originals, I would zip tie them to the bar with a 6mm zip tie (that's what I gave clearance for), and heat shrink the zip tie to prevent movement.
I bought these mirrors on Amazon, and I will modify the .stl if anything changes or if anyone has suggestions:

Hope this saves you some money! Recently added 10, 15, and 20 degree offsets for more swept bars!
