Actually, I printed out someone's design and it's not support helmet comfortably around neck pad so I re-create my own one and use same holes that I'd already made.
Distance between upper-lower holes is 76 mm.
My printing needs brim & support.
PLA should be enough. Make sure you use wall thickness thick enough to support your helmet weight.
