This is a phone mount for smartphones fitted with the Quadlock attachment. The clamp is 30mm with a 30mm to 22mm adapter which is a common handlebar diameter. It is still a work in progress but it does function and I may design extension arms for it to locate the phone away from the clamp.
I used PETG for the clamp, bottom, top parts and ABS for the purple middle part. For the adapter ring I used TPU.
Not all parts require supports but it is easy to figure out if they do when previewed in the slicer.
When I exported to STL I should have changed the orientation but this can be sorted in the slicer.
Three M4 x 25 countersunk screws and nylocks nuts will be required, I tried to keep additional hardware to a minimum.
