This is the ultimate tool for your Evolve Board to set the belt tension fast and easy. This is especially helpful if you frequently change the setup, e.g. from street to all-terrain and vice versa. => 100% reproducible, without distinction from the left to the right belt! To do this you must adjust the tension as usual one time before adjusting the tool to the correct distance with the help of the adjusting screw.
Of course it is recommended to have a tool for every gear size. For this case, there is, for easier distinction, the motor-side part 1 labeled "1", "2", "Street" and "AT" (All variants have the same dimensions).
The inner diameter for the shaft of Part-2 needs perhaps some little adjustment by grinding (sandpaper or round file) to enable a smooth movement. The nut needs a gentle hammering to put in place.
In addition, you will need a M5 nut and a M5 cylinder head screw DIN7984 (low head - it works with the normal head as well, but is less nice then).
I used PLA with 60% filling and resolution of 0.2 mm with support structure.
Have fun and always a cool ride!
