Summary

After installing my Bosch palm router on my machine, I soon realized that the dust needed to be under control. I used the offset dimensions from the vac attachment that PCFlyer had, but needed a 1.25" diameter for my shop vac. For my 1st test I used some clear packing tape added around the dust shield to go almost to the surface. My long term plan is to use some material around it, maybe attached with elastic or something. I put a before and after photo to show how much more dust it picked up than my 1st attempt (that only picked up a very small percentage).

This design uses 3 mounting holes to the Pipe. The distance between 1st & 3rd hole is the same as original design, so you only need to drill the middle hole. I included the nut traps & drill guide with this.

Here is a video of it in motion. https://youtu.be/FxgOSKPxvdY

I was a little off on the wrench holding hole, but is not worth me reprinting. If you want to adjust them some, change line 706
rotate([0,0,52-14.4]) //Change it to like 52-20
in the BoschMountRemix_Bottom_Rev34.scad

You will loose a little bit of work area in either the X or Y axis with the vacuum attachment. The way my machine is configured, it is the X-axis I loose a little bit with.
