The file 'Mosquito Net Fixtures 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 118.3KB.
The original fixtures I had on my windows cooked off in the sunlight (mostly) in time. I did have a few replacements at hand, butthe first one I replaced cracked as I was inserting the screw.
So I decided to make my own.
Holes are 44mm apart. I recommend you offset the handle from the fix knob slightly.
Printed with PETG because it has a bit more flexibility then PLA.
The PETG fixtures are quite hard and strong, so opening and closing the net is much harder then the soft plastic original fixtures. But then again, it's way better then having the net open by itself randomly.
You can use PLA for "handle" and "fix", but don't recommend for the "clamp". Too rigid.
Print using the default orientation from the files. It is optimized.
Use at least 1.2mm walls and 40-60% infil.
"fix" requires supports. Recommend using 2mm walls
Use self-boring screws to mount them.
