Covers go over a normal OpenHex tile to indicate what the terrain is
Walls and Buildings are just that.
Turrets are walls that can have turrets placed on them (still working on this)
The buildings are sized to allow a "Ring" to be placed on them if needed to indicate what is there.
RingLables are setup to have a I, II, or III marked the sides of the ring for marking situations
