The file 'Mop Handle To Acme Broom Handle Adapter 3D Printer Model' is (3mf,stl) file type, size is 214.5KB.
This is a remix, thank you to the original designer because I could not figure out how to design Acme threads in Fusion 360.
I needed a new handle for my shop broom. I had an old mop handle that used a spring clamp design to hold a disposable cotton mop head. After removing the clamp I had a nice, long handle with two holes ready to accept an adapter. The through bolts are M6x50mm but 45mm bolts might work.
I printed the threads at 100% infill for strength and the rest of the body at 25%. Sliced using PrusaSlicer and printed out of HT-PLA+. So far it has held up fine.
I have included my config file for PrusaSlicer. Print the big end on the build plate, you should not need any supports.
