Summary

This is a minimal remix of "Mooz 1/2 Quick Tool Change System" used for fast change of the tools on the DOBOT Mooz-2 3D printer.

Please read first the original summary here.

I have corrected two issues:

  1. Original thing orientation in STL was "standing on the heatbed" which was difficult to print. I changed it to "laying on the flat back".

  2. Original position of holes for mounting screws was such that I had two problems:
    • the holders mounted on the printing head were touching the heatbed before the head itself, making z=0 position impossible
    • the holders mounted on the heatbed moved the heatbed to the right, so heatbed was colliding with the right-side vertical z-axe linear motor when moving back.

So I had to move the holes by 1.5 mm "downwards" and extend by the same amount the shoulders above the holes to still provide enough material for the hole intended for the screw heads.

Actually I had to put the new holders only on the build plate (heatbed), CNC platform and 3D printing head. I could continue to use original holders on laser and CNC heads itself since these never go close to the physical z=0 position.
