You need some normal Drills and Special Drills and the right rivets and rivet gun!
The holes are not in the file, because i wasn't able to coordinate them in that particular Shape.
What i do is: Take a Wire or long but small Screw, push the Print over the Frame, make it hot, way over 300°C in my Case i print with PA so i aimed for 400°C and push the Wire/Screw from the inside to the outside.
Once i got my holes, i drill them to the right size.... glue the print on the frame and rivet it...

the adjustable metal hinge as well as the metal hook will get screwed afterwards, like it was before installed.
