I designed this specifically to use with a Gerber strap cutter than came with a USAF First Aid Kit. I've seen similar cutters with slightly different sheath set ups and this adapter is designed specifically for this one. I'm sure there are others out there.
Quick update to add a single column adapter to mount the strap cutter vertically rather than horizontally.
