Second edit: Added a 1/3 inch height table piece.
Printed with first layer at 0.3mm and all other layers at 0.36mm. 15% gyroid infill. 1.2mm walls/floor/ceiling. Works great.
Edit: I've added a 1/2 inch height table piece. I test printed with this with the first layer at 0.2mm and the remaining layers at 0.32mm, 15% gyroid infill, with 1.2mm walls and floor/ceiling. This thing is solid as a rock.
Full disclosure: I got this idea wholecloth from seeing AdapTableTop.
To print this you will need A LOT of filament. Potentially more than the AdapTableTop will cost. Please consider supporting them at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gamestartedizioni/next-level-tabletop-a-raised-modular-system-for-boardgames before the kickstarter is done.
I have not printed this yet. I cannot guarantee stability or usability. I do not have settings yet, but since everything are solids and simple shapes, you should be able to print at a relatively thick layer height to speed up printing.
