Summary

Make panels larger than printer using these parts as shown. Parts clip together with connectors. Import into cad program of your choice to create additional custom pieces as seen on custom 19" 2RU rack panel. Slicing may be tricky. Designed for .4mm layer height and .5mm extrusion width. Slic3r seems to mess up bridging so I found that setting solid infill to every 3 layers and bottom solid fill to 0 gave good results. If first fill behind hex pattern is sloppy, tweak using flow multiply (if using repetier). Photo of rack panel best viewed fullscreen. Updated versions are stronger. Use versions with pads if corner lifting is a problem.
