The bigger drawers were exactly what I was looking for but the housings printing time was way too long compared to the drawers. I have remixed the housing for the drawers to require less printing time. Basically, I have cut down on the joints as these provided a lot of complex movement which increased the printing time. They are now only 10mm long at each end. Additionally, I have removed the holes for the circles.
For comparison these are the printing times between the original and the ones with reduced printing time. I have used the same settings for all tests:
Original: 3h 28m
Reduced: 2h 17m
34% reduction in printing time
Original: 4h 21m
Reduced: 2h 34m
41% reduction in printing time
Original: 5h 01m
Reduced: 2h 29m
51% reduction in printing time
Original: 5h 56m
Reduced: 3h 36m
39% reduction in printing time
They work just as expected with all the drawers sizes and will interlock with the original models if you have any printed already.
This is my first thing and a work in progress so I'd appreciate any feedback.
