UPDATE: as another user, rayko1974 made me notice, the space isn't great inside of the model for the cables, so I've made a 25mm longer versions of the back-file, that you can find in the zip archive folder :)

this is a modular cover studied to make safer and more useful our 3d printer power suppplies.
this cover is for any power supply with dimensions of: 190x11x50mm (actual real dimensions 198.50x110.50x50mm) this is a standard form factor so it is suitable for many power supplies.
MODELS:
there are actually 2 models:
TYPES
each model has 3 types:
- 1 - with iec plug +fuse and switch.
- 2 - with iec plug +fuse
- 3 - general purpose, modify as u wish
u can choose each type by their names, and also each type as a cover with is number.
COVERS
already made covers:
- with one xt60 hole mount
- with 2 xt60 hole mount
- with tw0 8mm holes suitable for a female dc jack 5.5 2.1
ADDONS
each addons work with any models, and has more than one position so is up to u wich and how to use.
- table/ wall mount feets
- raspberry pi case
- handle for transport (coming)
TOOLS NEEDED:
join front and back: #2 3Mx20mm bolts and nuts
cover 1-2 : 4# 3Mx12mm bolts and nuts
cover3 : 6# 3Mx12mm bolts and nuts
tush : #4 3Mx10mm bolts ,4# 608zz bearings
mount feets : #2 m3x 35-40mm bolts and nuts
PARTS TO PRINT:
- one front
- one back and the cover (caarfully choose yours)
- any addons u want
each stl is already positioned for the best print with few supports
ENDER 2 users if u are not confortable with connectors and plugs u can just print the back version 3 and the cover 3 for ender 2 printer
I'm here for any modds or additions, hope to see few makes and have a feedback,
in the file list there is a fusion360 file to make the covers u need :)
NOTICE:
I've discovered that there are few tipes of iec plug that have the holes a bit shifted, in case appens just, drill a bit a new hole and force the screw, sorry for the little inconvenience but discovered few days ago when I got 2 new plugs..
anyway I have adapted the holes for the most common one, looking on aliexpress
